Allison's global upbringing, shaped by a father in the military, exposed her to diverse cultures and experiences that inspired her journey into the arts. She holds a B.F.A. in Music Theatre from Elon University, an M.F.A. in Drama with a concentration in Speech from the University of San Diego, a 500-hour Yoga Certification, and has spent 20 years performing on Broadway and in Film/TV. With 15 years of professional coaching and collegiate teaching, Allison blends her expertise to provide clients with a rich array of tools and skills to excel as confident and impactful speakers.

As the founder of Pearce Studios, LLC, Allison supports a diverse clientele, including software engineers, lawyers, executives, teachers, and actors, in achieving their public speaking goals, whether on stage or in front of the camera. Her clients include companies such as Google Cloud, Spotify, and SDG&E. Living in San Diego with her husband and daughter, Allison teaches six days a week. Her work is imbued with MERAKI—the Greek word meaning “to do something with soul, creativity, or love; to put something of yourself into your work.
